Samosa Chaat

We have just over 3 weeks till Ramadan inshallah. I love making samosa chaat for iftaar actually any type of chaat, its perfect to break fast with then just regular savouries. I am re sharing my samosa chaat recipe with you just because I know how much you love it 💗

Somosa Chaat

Ingredients

1 dozen fried potato samosa

1 can chick peas

1 teaspoon chaat masala 

1 small red & white onion finely chopped 

Fresh chopped coriander 

1 teaspoon rough red chillies 

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon greek yogurt 

2 tablespoon green chutney 

3 tablespoon amli chutney 

pomegranate seeds to garnish 

Method 

Briefly stir fry chopped white onion, chick peas, 2 table spoon amli sauce, 1 tablespoon green chutney, chaat masala, salt and red chillies for 5 minuets. 

Take your fried potato samoosa and break it up in large chunks. 

Take your preferred bowl, add broken samosa, stirfried chickpeas, remainder amli sauce and green chutney, add 1 table soon of Greek yogurt, green corriander, chopped up red onion and scatter with pomegranate seeds
