Kulfi Eid Milk

Eid breakfast and lunch is very traditional at our homes and no Eid morning is complete without milk. Eid Milk is a traditional warm drink served for breakfast in most homes on Eid day. Few years ago I shared my Mums Eid milk and it was loved by so many of you. Today I’m sharing another recipe which I made for my family using one of my favourite Ice creams as inspiration.

Kulfi is a popular Icecream dessert in india made with milk, cardamom, rose, mango or pistachio.

I made the classic Kulfi flavours into a warm milk using milk, pistachio nuts, cardamom, saffron, rose water and served it along side fried vermicelli. It’s the most luscious Eid milk recipe.
