For Eid Ul Fitr supper I always have a seafood menu. I absolutely love serving seafood as we don’t eat any seafood throughout Ramadan and it’s different to the traditional Eid menu served for breakfast and lunch.
Here is what I served my family;
𝐸𝒾𝒹 𝒰𝓁 𝐹𝒾𝓉𝓇 𝒮𝓊𝓅𝓅𝑒𝓇 𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊
Starters: Assorted Sushi, Edamame, Greek Calamari
Main Course: Grilled Peri Peri Prawns, Cray Fish Curry, Grilled Cray Fish tails all served with savory rice and Greek salad.
Dessert: Coconut cream cake, Burfee pavlova served with karak chai and assorted sweet treats.
I am going to share the grilled crayfish tails with you it was absolutely delicious.
Grilled Cray Fish Tails

4 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 lemon squeezed
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
2 teaspoon finely crushed fresh red chillies
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and brush onto the cray fish tails and cook onto a bbq serve with squeeze of lemon
