Tandoori Battered Fish & Chips

The ultimate British classic!! Fish & chips with curry sauce, mushy peas and LOTS of salt & vinegar, eaten directly out of the paper. You cannot have it any other way!

I love making traditional English fish & chips but I wanted to try something different so I made a tandoori rub for the fish and dipped it in a English fish batter, deep fried and served it with mushy peas a yogurt mint sauce and home made chips! It was so so good! Comfort food at its best.
